I'm kinda disappointed because the stores we'll get downtown will just be shipping donuts in because of space constraints so we won't get to see the conveyer belt. There's another donut shop at Canada's Wonderland that has mini-donuts with the conveyer belt, tho'.

BUMP! I just wanted everyone to know that I saw on Fox News,
last night, that the KK stock, has dropped, because the interest in
the new oulets, isn't what the company expected. Irish

Krispy Kremes still have some of the most profitable stores running (I think).
They're donuts covered in sugary syrup and sprinkles, exactly what we all need.

I'm more of a Dunkin' Donuts man myself.

It seemed like soon after their success made them "a wonder" the desire to reduce calories reduce their appeal. Peoria got one and within a year it closed. Had a bad location and worse for them they opened just when their popularity fell.
I liked them fresh ... but, day old KK's just didn't taste nearly as good for some reason.
Oh well, I shouldn't be eating them anyway.

I work just down the street from a Krispy Kreme. It is always funny how many people have a box or several next to them on a Sunday morning as they pull into our drive-thru for a latte.
I have had Krispy Kreme's and they are sugary bites of heaven that are a dangerous, but ohhhh so worth it!

you can take cold KK's and microwave for about 10 secs and they are all HOT and gooey again...I'm SOOOOO not supposed to have them (type II diabetes here), but every now and then, I can't resist!

I liked eating them, but they didn't like me, so I had to leave 'em be. And ours went out here, anyway; all of them in the state went bankrupt one day. They didn't even warn the employees; they just showed up to work one day to find a note on the door saying the place was closed for good.
