FYI---When I was a child in Conn,the girl down the street had
one Blue eye & one Green one.She was very pretty,but my
neighbor(bully,boy)had hit her in the eye,with a rock.I guess
that's all that was available for a transplant then.Their family
was very poor anyway.Her father had died & the mother was
supporting her & her sister.This was around the 1950s. Irish

My father's eyes were brown and my mother's hazel - hence friends say that my blue eyes are suspicious... but they're blue!
