Reconnecting with beautiful people
Just felt the need to share this with everyone.
This morning (Aus Time) myself and Sharni rang an increadible person we have had the pleasure of calling a good friend since the inception of our pixies group, Life had sent us on a journey that took our focus away from Pixies for many years. And actually making an effort over the last few weeks to have time to catch up with our extended Pixies family once again, has been more than a trip down memory lane, and a bit of a "Rollercoaster" of emotion with the number of people that not only remember us, but reached out to reconnect has been heart warming.
Needless to say, one in particular reminding us of the necessity to stay in contact, this in it self is a very real Pixies trait, and one we would like to convey to all of our Pixies family. We were reminded of an idea that began over 2 Decades ago when Pixies was a fledgling idea of Friendship, Acceptance and Family love.
So being able to Call a very special someone to us and surprise them by speaking with them (even for just a short 30min)has reconnected with a beautiful soul from our Pixies Family.
Yes thing do change over time, Yes life takes us on journeys away from Family and Friends. And then to feel the impact we had on someone's memories, and them the impact on ours, I would encourage all that if there is a Friend or family member you have not contacted in awhile to please do so, believe me, you will not be disappointed.

And I'm still here too.  I have to agree, there are many Pixie friends I've met and have stayed in touch for over 20 years. (no matter how often Lilith changes her number ) I'm very happy to see a bit of a return lately with so many who were here before Face Book existed. "Pixies just stay horny, they never really go away"
