The best band you have never heard of. All of y'all in the Virginia/Carolina region may have heard of them though.
Next would be "Great Big Sea" All ya canucks have heard of them, but most of us in the states haven't. A friend from New Foundland ( where GBS is from also )turned me on to them and they are awesome. Saw them in Northampton MA in 2004 and they were phenomenal.

GBS are awesome! I saw them live for the first time a few months ago & I'm a Newf! I just never got a chance to catch them before that.
