I'm just curious if urinating makes a guy last longer because I know my SO and I went at it last night and we had a good 2 hr session which is longer than the normal 1hr 1/2 session we have.

We didn't do anything different as per say but I know for a fact I took a piss prior to last nights activities and it "seemed" to relax me a bit more? I dunno is it just me psychologically or is there a medical reason behind it? As I notice after I take a piss and clean myself, I can sustain a woody for quite some time as opposed to not takinga piss.

Now the answer to your problem is; it has all to do with the prostate. Now if you have a full bladder prior to sex, then the prostate has to do twice the work. As a general rule of thumb it's always best to clean out the pipes before hand.

That way the prostate only has to worry about keeping "it" up. Instead of having to do that and keep your urine at bay. It can become quite painfull as the urge to have a piss will get very strong.
