I have the same as Aqua mentioned and it is very good. Also, don't have to worry about running out of batteries. But it is in no way discreet or portable.

I also have a vibrating egg which is also amazing and much more portable. I had one - that I burnt out - with three speeds and that was enough for me.

If you're going for budget, you can get an egg. Otherwise, I'd recommend something like the Wahl "body massager".
