In the past 9 days, Indonesia has had 69 tremors with seven of them being over 6.0 on the Richter scale. If you are planning a trip there, you may want to take paper cups and leave the Waterford at home.

(The Richter magnitude scale, or more correctly local magnitude ML scale, assigns a single number to quantify the amount of seismic energy released by an earthquake.
