If you have XP and have let it update, it is blocking the scripted windows that prompt you for information and let you use the button controls. You may be able to click a box at the top of your internet page to allow your computer to work with scripted windows temporarily.

Yep...says it is unable to make some sort of connection. And I do have JAVA and it loads....but then it doesn't connect.

It sounds like maybe you have a firewall blocking it, I think.

Hmmm....any ideas how to fix that? (I am really not comp literate)
