We had a wonderful evening (after work). We kept our spending to a minimum (saving for Oct. vacation), but Mr. Lixy brought me a dozen long stemmed red roses (part of the traditional gift) and I gave him a new hair trimmer with all the attachments (the modern gift...appliance). Now, before you start thinking I'm totally unromantic...his old trimmer burnt out in the middle of a trim last week, and when he cuts his hair (out in the barn), we play barber shop...with ME as the "barber"...boobs in his face and me leaning all over him and stuff like that! We've gotten some pretty racy pics in that ole barn...so...there! LOL! Mushy cards abounded, and then we went to dinner and when we got home...I...um...I...um...blew out a candle on the dessert Mr. Lixy had hiding in his pants for me! ROFLMFAO!

The weekend will hold more lovey things, I'm sure!
