but then i JUST got this in my PM box from him and it made my toes curl

"I wanna make sweet love to you while the sun sets in the evening and then again as the sun rises.

You are truly the love of my life and i want all the rest of my days to be spent happily with you."

Can you see why i am crazy in love with him?!?!?!?! I love you Mayhem!

He is VERY romantic, Lizz.... and you are one lucky lady! He's a lucky man, too and I wish you both a long and loving life together. ((((Lizz and Mayhem))))

"I more than love you", those are some of the best words I've ever heard. Also, "you're the one I want to spend the rest of my life with".

THAT should be posted on the 'What's the WORST words you could hear" thread.

From the very first email I got from my sweetie last spring, after I'd sent a short note at Classmates.com to say "hello" for the first time in 20 years:

"In short, I hope you are happy and would love to hear from you."

Those fourteen words changed my life forever. :D

~"you can't have surgery, you're pregnant" by a lab nurse at the hospital on 2/14/05

~"Thank you for being in my life and being my best friend" by Mr. IWM

~"I want to see your daughter grow up"

So...was bribery involved??? :p Not that it lessens the value of the compliment, but I AM curious? :D

Let me guess...you gave him cocoa puffs with extra sugar for breakfast? :D

Nah...I bought Krispy Kreme doughnuts for breakfast and helped him put his Bionicles spider toy together.

I guess if you are 6 years old, that's a a pretty big deal. ;)

osuche 01-28-2006 10:35 AM

You "made" breakfast? And assembled toys?

Will you be my daddy? :D :p :p

*swoons*

...you have no idea how good that prospect sounds.

I turned 37 earlier this month, as you all know. My sweetie and I made plans to go out to dinner that night. So, we sit down at the restaurant and start to look over the menus. Pretty much right away, he asks if I have my Palm Pilot on me. Being the geekette that I am, of course I do. He asks if he can see it for a moment, so I hand it over.

The next thing I know, he's got his Palm out as well, and he's doing some funky Bluetooth thing. This goes on for a few moments, then he hands mine back to me. "Look in 'Memos.'" So, a little wary, I did.

Apparently, after much thought and consideration, he'd written a memo entitled "Birthday 37." When I opened it up, what was included inside were 37 one-line reasons/ways he loves me, all starting with the words, "I love you..."

Yes, it's still on my Palm, and yes, I look at it at least once a day. :)

"baby, I swear you could still crack a walnut with that ass" yes, he's a hopeless romantic :p

When my teenage sons say they are proud to take me on a date and i don't look like i am old enough to be their mom.....they are 16 and 19........

BigBear57 01-30-2006 06:28 PM

I often hear "You're such a good Daddy, I wish mine were cool like you!" from my daughter's friends. That makes me smile every time!

It's not the best thing but seeing as it's a sex site . . . I was recently giving someone a BJ & he commented afterwards on the wonderful rhythm (I wonder if he's related to Lil's husband? :D).
