I would prefer to have "classic" blowjobs, so if I had to don the lifejacket over the old boy, then I'd just eschew the favor unless she really really wanted to do it. I've never tried... and I must say the idea makes me a little sick. I have always been satisfied that any partners that I have had are "safe"... I am a little sensitive to latex though... so I even have issues to reactions with condoms when used vaginally...
