I think Wicked Wanda's point (and correct me if I'm wrong, I don't want to be putting words in your mouth, WW) was that it's not so much that it may or may not be interfering with your work: but that if it is intefering with your (work, relationship, life in general, insert whatever you don't want it to be interering with here), then there's probably something going on other than just the sexual problem, whether or not it may qualify as an "addiction."
