That's right, 7th December 1941, the Pearl Harbour attack.

Sooooooooooo i have a confirmed date for surgery now. 27th Nov.

As of Monday 5th i start the pre surgery optifast stage, i'm thinking this will be hardest trial of the whole process lol I will make it through, i cant stuff it up, its a very important and necessary part.....will be interesting to see how much i lose just in the 4 weeks of that...................

Reading through some of these posts, my own troubles get quickly put in perspective...all I have to offer is a broken hand that ruined my golf this summer.

damn...

So i am at the last day of the pre op diet, i have lost 8.8kg in 3 weeks.

Tomorrow is surgery day, 7AM, bright and early and 1st-2nd cab off the rank.

I am heading closer to the hospital tonight (3 hours away) i may not have interent access, but as soon as i am able i will update you all.
