I just want you all to that it didn't work out................we both had some differences we couldn't work out. I blame myself mostly. I thought you should know. Sometimes I guess the timing is Bad. She wants to remain friends but I am hesitant since she gave me ultimatums. What do you guys/gals think? I realy feel bad about this so take it easy on me.

I wouldn't blame myself if I were you. It takes TWO to make OR break a relationship.

I don't believe in the "one true love" thing and there'll be someone out there yet who fits YOU just fine, and who won't give you ultimatums.

p.s. are you gonna stay in Austin or is there a move planned? i know you've only been there a short time.....how's that part of your life going?

I'm with RandyGal on this...at least you tried. Now you won't always be asking yourself "What if........?" You can rest easier knowing you gave it your best shot. Agree with Lilith too, that a clean break is best...it's certainly faster to recover from than a long drawn out mess.

I'm so sorry to hear that it didn't work out for you, but if you wouldn't have tried, you would never have known. I went through the same thing last year. Sometimes the fantasy and intimacy we develop online is just too hard to replicate in person. Reality bites.

I agree with Lilith, Quisah. My wife is also of that kind - besides many other things setting ultimatums - now we are living almost 4000 km away from each other. Sorry, this wouldn´t be a PARTNERship.
