I can think of two:
1. First time I had consentual sex after I had been molested. I realized that I could have sex on MY terms, and I liked it considerably better.

2. Moment that I realized that I didn't believe in monogamy and trying to fit myself into the traditional sexual models didn't work (for me).

My defining sexual moment was when I realized that the hand held shower head could be used more ways than one. mmmmm
