Well, main reason is finances, but there is also the fact that my S/O wouldn't be so hot on me going to Florida without her... and she wouldn't be into this kind of gathering. It's too bad because

Sarriah- Feel free to hang at the hotel that night. We wouldn't be leaving until around 9:30 anyway. Yes, Aqua is right, you pay for everything at the door if you go. There is no shuttle, but I would be more than happy to pick you up, etc.

I am sorry to hear that some of you can't come even though you would like to. I completely understand especially those with S/O's who just wouldn't understand, even if nothing more than talking were to happen.

Sadora 60 dollars isnt to much money, and i may still be able to do that. I am very broke, struggle pay check to pay check and scramble just to make sure we have food to eat. So soemtimes what doesnt seem like much to others is ALOT to me. We were stuck in florida on 9-11 and were broke from on honey moon from hell. I wont bore you with the details of the honey moon but i will tell you that me and hubby had to CLEAR out or life savings to get home that week. Not only that but when we got home, after 48 hours on a bus packed with more people than it can hold, we get home to find out we have to pack up and move out in 5 days. We had to sign our new lease at our new place and that took the rest of or savings account. Sorry to load this on you I just did not want you to think that i was a cheapskate.....

We will need a ride or directions and name of hotel so that if anything we can see how much a cab would be...
I do want this to work out so we shall see :)

Sarriah- It wasn't that I thought you were cheap. I live from week to week as well. That is one reason I am trying to make this so affordable for everyone. Just getting here is an expense I know.
It just seemed like alot of people were complaining about the cost of the club, when it is not bad for the experiences you can have in that clean, safe environment. I am sorry if it seemed like I was coming down on you, it was not intended that way.
I will pm you with the details on the place so you won't have to worry so much about getting stuck again. Though I can assure you that I would never leave you stranded. After your recent experiences, I can see why you would want to cover all the bases.

TY Sadora i didnt think you were coming down on me, and 60 dollars for a club isnt that bad. I really want things to work out but just to fly out there is gona be couple hundred. We will work things out :D and who knows maybe there will be others who want to hang out at the hotel and we can all get together. We will work something out...

Radies- Sarriah has a hubby, though that shouldn't stop you from hanging out with her, I thought you should know.
Another thing is that you will have a bunch of people around you at the club... new friends. You won't really need a date there.

Grumble- sorry to hear you can't make it, but thanks for the encouragement!

Maybe i said this, but the club is a swing type club. There is a main bar area, with a dance floor, a pool table, a dance floor, and lots of couches spread out. Not alot of action usually happens out there, but sometimes it gets wild. There are also two lounges in the back, and several playrooms, which are somewhat open. There is one private room for those who prefer privacy. Usually in this club, there aren't pushy people. Everyone is very respectful. If you are in a playroom, you may be approached A simple no thank you will send them on their way. It is really a place for open minded, sexual people to meet, and play if they so choose. There are alot of voyers there, so if you just want to watch, that will not be frowned upon.

Everything sounds great Sadora your doing a great job. The only thing keeping us from going up there now is if my hubby gets this new job hes been trying to get.. Its up in the air right now but I know we do want to meet everyone :D BTW whats the head count atm ?

Oh and Radies, If some people stay at the hotel we can all hang out together i do not mind. But if we think we want to try the club then thats cool too :D I think we might be able to save 60 bucks by Aug. OH and we might get a flight for about 50 bucks so that will help too :D:D

I just hope it all turns out well. I hope it doesn't rain, and that the ocean is nice and calm.
My hubby IS actually proud of me.... he likes that I am giving everyone the oportunity to meet. (at least those that can make it).
The motel is like 20 minutes from my house, and that is inexpensive... I am a member of the club already. I figured that it would be much more expensive for everyone else, so why not provide the dinners? Besides, it is a great way to all get together socially.

BTW- The motel provides coffee, juice, and muffins or rolls from like 8am to 11am. So the only thing you will need to worry about is lunch. The rooms all have full kitchens with coffee makers and microwaves... as well as everything else. You may need dishes, as they didn't provide many, but I will have plasticware, and paper plates, etc.
This isn't a Hilton, so don't forget your soaps and blowdryers!!
