Wow Frenum, I am impressed. I am told a didgeridoo is very hard to play. I have discussed very briefly with OzKristin about the friendliness of Australia and I would probably get into trouble in place like NYC where I would naturally go up to someone and say Hi and expect them to chat with me LOL.
|
Grumble- Nah, its not hard to play at all. It is just a bit tricky to learn. Some people pick it up and get the didjeridu to drone immedeatly, others take about 15 min. It took me closer to 20. But once it clicked, the love affair began. Its so medatative and therapudic that I reccomend it to everyone.
OzKristin- Sorry to be stepping on your thread so much, but all this Aussi talk and didjeridu talk just peaks my intrest so. |

Did you go to Sydney? |

Sydney can be very not friendly depending on where you go. I guess all big cities anywhere in the world can get that way. |
hmm...I was in Sydney for a week...and found it just fine....it's such an easy city to navigate! I stayed at Bondi Beach and went into Sydney every day..did the Bridge Climb, went into the opera house..all that stuff....I just loved Circular Quay, if I could, I would just walk around that little area all day!
Frenum-oh it's okay, I get really worked up when there is talk about Australia too, the more in the discussion the merrier! :) |
