If the blood has been there long enough to set in, it wont come out. Sorry. Peroxide (which you have already done) works good on most stains, so does oxy clean. Maybe you could get some of that special stain remover stuff? I don't know, like I said, it depends on how long it's been there. It's the same way with panties, if the blood has been there for more than a few days you get a stain.

now, i may be thinking on too basic a level but... flip the mattress over, then you wont have a blood stain for people to see, if you for some reason cant flip it over, or you need to flip it back just say you knocked over a bottle of red wine or something.
