Here's two of a couple of my friends I saw yesterday at a local park. Actually there were FIVE near me, but before I could get the camera out, three disappeared. :(

Wow, that solo friend looked big!

Don't thank me for the pics, there's a reason many Newfoundlanders swear God has a summer home there. :D

Wow ... they're back ...
 

Just this morning, my wife and I went back out to the park where I saw the deer and we both saw five ... a group of three (doe and two fawns) and a separate doe and her fawn. Two really nice close-ups of the latter and one more distant shot of the former. The doe and her fawn (first two pictures) stayed within 50 feet of us for probably fifteen minutes ... grazing, looking, then grazing some more. They even posed a bit for the camera (or so I like to think :)).
