No. A camel toe is the term given when a woman has very tight pants, panties, leggings, pants (spandex is great for this) and it is especially tight in the crotch region. The center usually presses into the center of the area and bulges the labias( not sure that is the correct term) on either side. It visually resembles a camel's toe. I have attached an example or two. Lilith, please let me know if I have violated the rules. If I did, will you punish me?;)

Oviously, men can have them too. I had no idea!:D

that's no toe! (in the second photo) Camel or other wise. A "camel-toe" is often seen on equestrian women,( I don't think a guy can really have a camel toe) It must be a combination of the riding pants and the saddle...I think the shape of the women has a lot to do with the presence of a camel toe....They can be quite exquisite to look at in my opinion.
Now I wonder what you would call the above attachment????

I think the term may have been borrowed under the concept of "artisic license" of the concept. If you want to propose another term, good luck. There is a whole site dedicated to the loosely interpreted definition. Here's the link, if you want to correct these folks.
