Take-out pizza. I started to make a tourtière but then I realized I was out of shortening and can't make pie crusts! (And it's raining too hard for me to walk/bike to the store, lol.)

We had pot roast, potatoes, steamed carrots and an apple crisp dessert last night. Very good. :)
