I had egg foo young.

Take-out pizza. I started to make a tourtière but then I realized I was out of shortening and can't make pie crusts! (And it's raining too hard for me to walk/bike to the store, lol.)

I'm making curry-style chicken ala king tonight. I'm working til late, so I'm hoping it doesn't come out too good or it'll be all gone and I'll be eating turkey-bologna on multi-grain sandwich thins.

We had pot roast, potatoes, steamed carrots and an apple crisp dessert last night. Very good. :)

I had finger-food at a baby shower this afternoon, I don't think I'll be making anything big tonight.

grilled chicken, garlic, lemon and olive oil roasted cauliflower, greens with tomatoes, toasted pecans and gorgonzola vinaigrette- veg head is having lentils with roasted tomatoes and peppers

I have no idea at this time. It'll be just me, so probably something out of a can, a box, or the freezer. :rolleyes:
