MOOCing my ass off. Holy shit those teachers talk!
|
Putting my motor back in (hopefully for the last time). Which was successful.
|
Now for that dratted gearbox. Do you need to get the engine out for that?
|
Never took the transmission down, and no the motor would not have to come out for that.

I only nurse boys with kidney stones that make their balls ache. :p

It'll be worse than that if they have to catheterise him. It'll need kissing better often, but gently. |

I don't like the idea of kidney stones. Guess we'll have to go back to a student/teacher fantasy. |
Oh, my aching balls ...
... and, as far as the kidney stones ... hmmm ... I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night. :D |
Yesterday, I went downtown, to visit the Air & Space Museum. Turned out, I was in the right place at the right time. Scored a copy of "A Pilot's Journey: Memoirs of a Tuskegee Airman, Curtis Christopher Robinson"., by George Norfleet.
Signed by the author. And one of the things that convinced me to buy his book, was that when he was talking to me about it, he mentioned that it formed part of the source material used for the movie "Red Tails", I winced. And before I could explain WHY I winced, he immediately agreed with my point, before I could even articulate it. The story line of the movie is (my words), "Highly fictionalized", or as Norfleet put it, "They took some large journalistic license with the movie." So, looking forward to reading the book. |
Writing a new poem and posting it.
|
Speaking of airplanes, gekkogecko, we went and saw the new Disney movie Planes. The animations are wonderful. The early part of the movie seemed to be a bit "too much" like Cars but it rapidly got better and we ended up thoroughly enjoying the show.
Needless-to-say, you do have to enjoy animations which we do. :) |
It's on my list.
|
