Japanese women are pretty sexy, and i'd pretty much take any race besides south america, but I guess my favorite is attractive Jewish women. Many are not that pretty, but if you get a good one they are smart and incredibly attractice (Stiffens a little thinking of an experince with one)

Ok seriously... I like to look at "the buff guy", but I would probably go for his "not so perfect" friend first. I like em with a little chubby and a little geeky/nerdy. Curly hair is a must though! Most often I look at Caucasian and African-American but there have been Asians and Indians turn my head too.
