Interesting. My father has a pit bull, and the dog is also as sweet as can be. It seems that they become as good or as bad as their owners want them to become.

All the Canadians that I know are from British Columbia, Saskatchewan or Ontario. Every one of them are warm and friendly and very welcoming.

Canada has it's share of idiots and assholes too.....lol

I just read all of this thread, and laughed so hard I almost pee'd my panties. Well metaphorcially, cause not wearing any. I live in BC and right now it is friggen cold. But we are also friggen hot in the summer. Now this is a new fact, (well I think it is a fact), both the driest place and the wettest place in Canada are in British Columbia,
Osoyoos, and Ocean Falls.

I love being Canadian, and I drink Sotch, Dramui and Chilean wines (except for the wines I make myself)..But I do drink Canadian Beer and English, Irish, Blegian, and occasionaly American...

But in the US they have something we don't have or is hard to find...Good Mexican Food!

Well it finally happened......

The bill to legalize same sex marriages passed. It goes to the senate and then into law. We have now joined ranks with the Netherlands and Belgium as the only three countries to recognize this type of union.


Also it has been decreed that a new Toyota plant near my city would boost the economy.....my god, fancy that!

Congrats! I wish my country was as progressive when it comes to it's citizen's rights.

Canada fosters enterprising indiviuals with grants for starting businesses that are viable.... :hippy:

ROFL It still cracks me up that the police busted a ginormous grow op in a former brewery. So Canadian of us to recycle that way!
