Love is ..............?
Remember these - wondered what yours is?
Love is ................? |
Love is ~ seeing the truth, and still loving someone (because of their flaws)
Love is ~ undemanding Love is ~ the supreme acknowledgement of self Love is ~ impossible until you are happy within yourself LOL. Had enough yet? :p |
Being able to say you're sorry.
...situated between "it's your turn to clean it up" and "I'll get it this time"!
Get your mind out of the gutter! I could be talking about dog poop! |

OH wow! I can't believe they are both dead! :(
I found one of their books I had in high school the other day in my dads house in my old bedroom. Couldn't believe it was still there. Love is..... never going to bed mad at each other. |
Love is receiving an email from my husband that read he is so glad that we met and wants to spend the rest of our lives together.
Love is....for sharing
Love is.... showing how much you mean to each other in all the little ways that count.
Love is caring more about someone else than you even care about yourself.
Love is... Sticking your ass in the air after having anal with your S/O when she says, "Your turn" and grabs the strap-on.
Love is...... strong and delicate at the exact same time.
Love is ~ realizing that things are still pretty damn good, even though they're not perfect
Love is... Dropping everything when they need you.
Love is his kiss each morning.
Love is a hug that can dissolve any and all outside thoughts. An all enveloping embrace that you never want to leave.
Love is...
Knowing he misses you |
Love is precious pain
"Everybody's got a hunger No matter where they are Everybody clings to their own fear Everybody hides some scar Precious pain Empty and cold but it keeps me alive I gave it my soul so that I could survive Keeping me safe in these chains Precious pain" Sometimes the pain is too much, but that is the price for its ultimate joy. |
Love is....non-perishable.
Love is curling up on his lap and falling asleep.
Love is........heat resistant.
...not something to be taken lightly.
Love is.... sometimes lonely
Love is real
real is love? |
Love is fearless
love is free |

I have never seen the ‘Love is….’ you posted here Lil. They are adorable. When I saw this thread I thought of a book that was given to me on my 5th birthday by a neighbor lady. “Love Is A Special Way of Feeling’ by joan walsh anglund http://www.logan.com/loganberry/most-anglund.html (3 of my favorites) It is the safe way we feel when we sit on our mother’s lap with her arms around us tight and close. |
It is the good way we feel
when we talk to someone and they want to listen and don’t tell us to go away and be quiet. |
Love comes quietly…
but you know when it is there, because, suddenly… you are not alone any more… and there is no sadness inside you. |
Love is still walking hand in hand in the park after 41-years of marriage.
Teddy I had that book as well and know a friend who still has hers.
Love is handsome & kind.
I still have mine....
Love is...still wanting her after all these years.
Love is .... a disease
