Getting a woman pregnant

I know I have been asking a lot of questions but you guys are great and really informative. Anyways, when a man ejaculates into a womans vagina she has a chance of getting pregnant obviously. My question is this, when you cum inside the woman, what does she have to do for it to stay in? Does she have to lay there and wait or what?

Loulabelle 02-19-2005 04:49 PM

She doesn't have to do anything usually.

Semen and sperm are designed so that at least some semen stays inside the woman, even if it appears that the majority seems to run down her legs! Hell that's one of the reasons there's so much sperm ejaculated at any one time.

I suppose it's possible that women's instinct (in most cases) to lie and cuddle after sex may have evolved due to pregnancy being more likely to occur under these circumstances, but that's just speculation on my part.

If it was as easy as 'stand up directly after sex' there wouldn't be all the thousands of unplanned pregnancies would there?

Sharni 02-19-2005 04:49 PM

Well i certainly didnt wait...but then i had no difficulty in getting pregnant

I know my sister was advised to lay there for a while afterwards with her bottom half slightly elevated

wyndhy 02-19-2005 04:50 PM

nope, she doesn't need to do anything for the sperm to find their way to the egg. although if she is trying to get preggers a woman could lay for a while and bring her knees up to her chest, or like sharni said, raise their butt in the air, and not pee immediately after intercourse.

Ok, so what do most woman do for clean up? I mean, its going to be a mess isn't it?

maddy 02-20-2005 11:08 AM

Ummm, well I think most women know how to clean themselves, but if she doesn't she might have bigger issues...

sexystud34 02-20-2005 11:11 AM

^^ Well yeah the woman should but I don't, lol. I am just trying to learn some things thats all.

maddy 02-20-2005 11:13 AM

If it is your desire you clean her, take a shower with her afterward and wash her head to toe. Or of course, not sure it fits the descriptor of "clean" but you could give her a tongue bath afer the fact to wipe the remnants away.

Do you wash between your toes???? How about behind your ears???

I am wondering why you are so curious about this cleaning up after? More often than not, a woman who understands her body and knows how it works will automatically clean up after themselves and unless it is in the form of some "afterplay" YOU really won't need to do it for her. It doesn't take being a rocket scientist for a woman to know how to wash her hoo-hoo after sex. If she doesn't know then a) she has cleanliness issues or b) she prolly isn't old enough to understand that she needs to wash afterwards.

Instead of addressing the real issue...let's instead focus our efforts upon trying to get it into the dictionary. :D

It's a veritable treasure trove of information in here but just to elaborate on and explain Miss Loulabelle's point up there...

One of the main reasons that cum is sticky is so that some of it sticks to the walls of the vagina ensuring more successful breeding. That said I quite like the idea of 'raise buttocks' for a baby, 'stand and drain' to avoid one!! A clever design God really should've considered!

And to correct Miss Loulabelle's speculation, the female tendency to lie and cuddle after sex is actually the direct result of the sex itself. It's one of those things where men and women are oddly incompatible.

Sex triggers a hormone in the female brain which promotes bonding - understandably given other evolutionary considerations about breeding - so that she wants to hug and cuddle and ensure that her mate will support her.

The male reaction however, is what they're all too famed for doing. We're biologically predisposed to rolling over and falling asleep! We can't help it, it's just the way we are!

None of which will help the guy who asked the question - but is quite interesting nevertheless I've always thought.
