All of the above.

maddy 04-10-2005 07:44 PM

osuche 04-11-2005 09:35 AM

I'll miss my house in Ohio, and the comfortable life I've been leading

wyndhy 04-11-2005 11:10 AM

dirt bikes and homemade tracks, flashlight-tag, cup-ball and lazy summer days

maddy 04-11-2005 06:54 PM

I miss my sense of security in relative stability and having all my balls lined up on the table rather than all 1993284798567836487 of them floating in the air at once! Did I mention I can't juggle and keeping them afloat is hard work?

LixyChick 04-11-2005 07:18 PM

I miss...my Mom, Dad, and my big brother...*big, giant, heavy sigh*!!!!!

I miss flashlight tag too (((Wyndhy))) (<---coolest reminder ever!)

I miss "playing the field"! Dating was so great...picking and choosing and going back to a certain someone and saying, "Hmmmm...this one could be a keeper"!

I miss DANCING!!!!!!!!! I've a real need to dance lately...and I can't find the time to go out and do it!

I miss playing pool in a smoke filled bar with all the men scrambling to see if they can beat "this Chick"...lmfao (they hardly ever do...and it's not for lack of trying for the sake of a woman...they get pissed eventually and try their little hearts out).

I miss my mom's pot roast and browned potatoes!!!!

I miss a certain someone's hug...the hug that'd stop an eight day clock!

BigBear57 04-11-2005 08:12 PM

I miss my Dad, most of all.... his wisdom and humor have left an eternal impression.
I miss my sister, we'll never get to do those things we had planned.
I miss my daughter's curls and constantly asking me why instead of telling me why.
I miss watching the Braves with my son stretched out in the recliner and him stretched out in my lap using me as his recliner.
I miss the delicate touch of the woman who loves me, seeing her smiling face and having a hug waiting at days end.
I miss sundays with a wrestling pile in the bed and big breakfasts with a whole family.
I miss Dad's fish fries and all the happy times surrounding them.
Truthfully I miss life when it wasn't so strewn and complicated.

maddy 04-11-2005 08:37 PM

I miss the local candy store and ice cream shoppe where I could buy flying saucers for 5 cents

cherrypie7788 04-11-2005 08:56 PM

I miss being a kid and not having to deal with life.
I miss feeling secure in my relationships.
I miss waking up next to him every morning (still).
I miss my mom's peanut butter pie.
I miss her smile as well.

musicman 04-11-2005 09:01 PM

I miss the Pixie's friends I have lost

WildIrish 04-12-2005 12:48 PM

I miss my grandfather.
I miss falling asleep with a baby on my chest. (any one of the three)
I miss having a smaller mortgage, and living in a house where everything was renovated.
I miss my Torino.
I miss riding my bicycle to a friend's house to spend the day causing trouble and having fun.
I miss lighting a brown paper bag filled with poo and leaving it on that old lady's doorstep. :D
I missed that squirrel crossing the street the other day.
I miss the bale of hay every time I shoot an arrow.
I miss the point every time someone intelligent speaks.
I miss the tissue every once in awhile.
I missed Super Nanny last night.
I miss you like crazy was sung by Natalie Cole.
I miss the top step every damn time I'm carrying too much laundry upstairs.
I miss Lixy calling me a hijacker. :D

That's it for now. I'll check back in later...unless I miss the deadline. ;)

sylverpenny 04-13-2005 12:47 AM

I miss my brother Tom,my dad and my best friend Fay.
I miss the summer nights when I was a teenager.
I miss drive-ins.

lizzardbits 04-13-2005 01:27 AM

I miss rolling over in the middle of the night and then being pulled back because i rolled too far away.
I miss the little nuances of body language that you get when you are right next to the person that you love
I miss touching the person that i love, and finding any silly reason to touch them. such as i need to slide past them in the middle of the hallway.
I, too, miss holding a sleeping baby
But most of all, I miss my son. He lives with his father. As i am sure that their father misses our daughter, who in turn, lives with me

wyndhy 04-13-2005 09:32 AM

a night of uninterrupted sleep
