Well, boys and girls, who do you think is the sexiest actor/actress in your mind?

I am thinking about many, but the first of them would be probably Gillian Anderson.
That is strange. She is not an ideal of prettiness, but has a very specific, strong erotic charisma. Everytime I see her face it gives me goosepimples on the back.

Although I am absolutely pure hetero I think an impressively sexy male would be Robert Redford.

It may be cliche` but give me Sean Connery any day!! LOVE that voice..he could read me the phone book and turn me on!
On a bit younger note, Mel Gibson because not only is he good looking, he has a great sense of humor and is very secure in humself....how else could he have done some of that stuff in "What Women Want"?

Females? I think Sandra Bullock is just soo damn cute!! Can't put my finger on exactly what it is about her, but I think she's adorable!! And I agree with Irish on Angelina Jolie...very sexy lady!!

Janeane Garofalo....(looks odd but that's the way it's spelled on one of our DVD's)......she is wonderful WONDERFULLY real. I would *do* her in a heartbeat. :p

I wasn't able to whittle my list down though...but I have Kevin Spacey pretty high on my list of lists so I'll go with that one. :D

About the voice of Sean Connery: Here I´ve heard only three original words of him: "What a tea!" (in a tea commercial). All the rest is synchronized :(

Female: Angelina Jolie- she's got a ton of charisma and there's not a woman alive who wouldn't think of getting collagen to have lips like that :)

Actor: Sean Connery--I love the accent and he's aged really damn well. Everyone's gotta love him he's been like a major sex symbol for decades.

Speaking for myself, my idea of 'sexy' in actress' depends on the mood I'm in.

I agree that all the women mentioned above are sexy, but what kind of state of mind I'm in also changes my opinion, as well as what is "hot" in Hollywood.

For example. Someone whose name I don't think has ever been mentioned in this thread and similar ones is Penelope Ann Miller. When the movie Kindergarten Cop came out..I saw her and found her extremely attractive and sexy.

Same thing with Kate Winslett when Titantic is big.

Now a-days, while I still think that she is very attractive, she's not among the celebs that gets mentioned alot. Un-like current starlets, Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz..etc. Its not that Penelope or Kate are any less-attractive, its that the media machine in California isn't "hyping" them, anymore.

Alot of what makes an actress sexy is the role that she plays. Because lets face it..ALL of the women mentioned above have this in common, physical beauty, because they probably wouldn't be "name" actresses in Hollywood without it.
