In what would seem to be an implicit acceptance of the inevitable, the Administration has decided to secure prior court approval for future domestic wiretaps, and will NOT reauthorize the Terrorist Surveillance Program.

I can understand why you might be a bit lacking in the "trust 'em" department.

Seems to be the key phrase here, for an administration that only needs to hit in the head with a brick a few times to catch a hint...
