I know this is an unusual question...but that has never stopped me before, so here goes......
Do you take some sort of vitamin, mineral, or herbal suppliment??? and if so why??? and is it working for you???? I am less interested in brands than I am in what is in the stuff...... *Please note also that the replies in this thread do not constitute any sort of professional opinion and therefore you should consult your physician before thinking about trying anything new.... |
I take acidopholis and lyzine....for coldsores when i get em...it works too

i've been known to take large doses of bourban sometimes.....but i have high quantities of tea everyday :D

Not for Pixie and not for anything than health and well-being I like taking vitamin C (great as a prevention against colds) and Spirulina seaweed (universally great).
But I am not caring much more for my health, i. e. no sports, junk food, lots of TV and lots of computer sessions. |

I get a kiss first thing, get dressed, kiss before she heads out of the door, take my source of life multi vitamins, go to work, get hugs from campers and counselors, drink lotsa water, have horrid camp food, more water, more hugs, bus ride home, hugs and cigarettes and cokes....
