How do you change an avatar

How do you use the smilies

I know - I'm thick

You can change your av from the 'user cp' section.

Smiles are used when you start a thread or click 'reply' to a thread. You can also learn the keyboard tricks to using them. Good luck! I would have explained them better but I need more coffee!

to a # that tells how to do everything.I printed it out for future
referance.Unfortunately,I don't have it handy.Maybe one of the
