Now where might that be?--Norway, Sweden, Denmark, iceland, Finland?

Sorry not from The great North countries but it is a dream for me to go to Greenland to hunt for sapphires and Rubbies there. Greetings

Twice removed. Great-Grandparents on my mom's side were from Sweden.

I wish.... I still have some distant relatives in Sweden and Norway. My mother's father came to the States from Norway when he was 9 yrs old. My father's father came to the States from Sweden when he was 14 yrs old. Both of my grandmothers' families came from Sweden just a few years before they (my grandmothers) were born. I still think of myself as Swedish and Norwegian based on what we eat, especially around Christmas time.

Welcome to Pixies! I don't know of any Norwegians on the board but I could be wrong.

:viking: Thank you all for your respons. Looks like there is a few there out who have roots in Scandinavia. (No wonder, the Vikings did their job well).
