I'm curious about your experiences with bondage...

Is it something you participate in regularly? Are you the tie-er or the tie-ee? Have you been each? Which do you prefer?

What materials have you used?chain, rope, scarves, ties, etc? Do you own special bondage gear?

Have you had any positive or negative experiences to share?

Do you have "rules" regarding bondage that you and your partner have agreed upon?

I have only been the tie-er...although I would love to be the tie-ee I have never found a man who was interested in performing this service. :(

I've tried (1) scarves, (2) rope, (3) handcuffs, and (4) pantyhose. I tend to prefer pantyhose -- you can tie it tightly enough so that he experiences a feeling of true bondage, but you can easily cut off the restraints (due to cheapness of pantyhose -- I typically use pairs with runs) and the material flexes enough that there are no marks.

Rules: No tickling. Ever. :D

I enjoy both... but it really gets me going to be the tie-ee.. Handcuffs and rope are about the extent...

As for rules.. none that I can remember...

I have been both. I love being the tie-er but can really enjoy the power release of being the tie-ee when it's with someone I trust implicitly.

All my experiences have been positive. I have velcro bondage cuffs, handcuffs, etc., including this foxy spreader bar I got as a gift.

Rules...no tickling. Well not if you plan to untie me, cause I'm gonna hunt you down and kill you after.

Have been both, like being tie-ee more I think, like it both ways, alot of fun and can't hardly wait till it happens again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am the tie-ee and we do it to different degrees at different times.


From him just holding my hands down to all out tie me up. We use a soft rope. I like being blindfolded. And we have this really cool little whip with leather strips that can be used very gently or not so depending on the moment.


All our expierences are good and if not we stop.


Rules: When I say knock it off he does.

Um, Lilith, you already know my answer to that question. Not from personal experience, of course, but hey, that can be remidied in the future.

My entire experience with B&D consists of seeing the movie Tie me up,Tie me down and reading The Story of O.Not really in to it, but often wondered what would happe if I found someone I realy liked who was into it. I know,I would have to be the top but I'm not sadistic enough...NO,scratch that. I can spank and drip candle wax on nipples of a blindfolded sub with the best of them.

hehe...just saw this thread and thought I'd add my name to the list of those fessing up ;)

My b/f and I actually just bought out first restraints (velcro bondage cuff things) yesterday and a blindfold and rubber "tickler" wand (as well as several other new toys!). :) I'm psyched- we've both tried the "holding" method and it works- I think he likes me to be the tie-ee for a bit and then agress back the most.

My pref? I dunno. I like being dominant, but my personality is VERY agressive so being the 'tie-ee' turns me on the most. the B/f isn't the most dominant guy, but when he gets the ok, he's an ANIMAL and I love it :) I'm excited to add this to our bedroom repertoire!

Rules: safe word (we always use the safe word from the family guy episode where they are performing bondage (just as a joke).

and NO TICKLING! which is hard, since I'm so ticklish its hard to touch me w/o setting me off on the tickles
