Ok, there is lots of us who have wanted to go on some sort of diet to loose weight. Well here is something that just happened in my county that makes you think twice of swinging through a drive-thru for an ice cream treat (and might help you stay on that diet - or atleast me).

In Friday's paper here it reads .... 'If you have eaten at the local Dairy Queen from September 11-22 you need to go to the Health Department Saturday to get an Hepatitis A vaccine.' :eek:

Well as you can imagine, I have children and a personal craving for sweet treats, we had to drag the entire family to the Health Department. As of 5 -ish PM they had given the vaccine to 1700 people. They were staying open to 8 PM so I am sure more went.

I just had to share my wonderful last day moments before 'Jeanne' hits us.

So in other words PUT DOWN THAT BLIZZARD!!!

So now you only visit us with news like that, ah? :mad:

Maybe that’s your punishment for not bringing your sexy butt around more often. ;) What’s the idea of only stopping in every couple weeks? You think you’re a hurricane?

Got to admit, Hepatitis A Blizzards would help keep me on my diet. :(

Oh Man...that sucks! How in the world did the Hep A get in the Blizzards? What's the excuse and compensation? They don't give you a coupon for a free ice cream, do they?

The story is that a new employee went to the hospital due to feeling really sick. In the hospital he/she tested positive for Hepatitas A. Since working in the food industry they notified everyone who had eaten there within the past 2 weeks to get a Hep A shot.
In the line of thousands you could hear little laughs and statements about where is our free blizzards.

Did you remember to bring Sock Monkey to get his shots too? :D

No!!! He doesn't like cold desserts!!! ;) :)
