Absolutely Amazing!!!!
 

A few months ago One-trick Pony brought to my attention and introduced me to the music of Australian guitarist Tommy Emmanuel. Tonight Mackenzie and I drove to Knoxville, TN and had the great honor of seeing him perform live.

Let me tell you, there are just no words that can accurately describe how amazing this man is. He totally blew the audience away, me included. It just doesn't seem possible that someone can actually make a guitar do what he does.

If he comes anywhere near you, please go see him. I promise you it will be the experience of a lifetime!!!

Very familiar with Tommy's work, I am, my Dad is a big fan. It's been a while since I listened to him, I went off on a big tangent of more intense guitarists (Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen etc.) but I should listen to some more soon...

I have had the privelidge of seeing Tommy live - he is a magician with that instrument. He is recognised as a guitar guru here in Australia

Belial, his CD's are wonderful, but just can't do him justice....he can take your intense guitarists and make them look like amateurs :)
