it's the most fun way to exercise i've ever heard of....beats the hell outta squats and tension bands. actually, now that i think of it, squats and tension bands could be fun, too :devilish:

I think that looks like loads of fun :D though I don't know....I could never get the hang of a dancing pole ;)
