It's Snow Obscenity
(gg)
LARAMIE, Wyo. - Two men have pleaded not guilty to promoting obscenity for allegedly building a snow phallus in their front yard. Brandon Arp, 20, and Aric Davenport, 19, were arraigned Friday in circuit court. Police say Arp and Davenport built the sculpture April 21. Neighbors found the sculpture offensive and, although someone destroyed it, the two were cited. Davenport's attorney, Michael Vang, said it's not clear how the sculpture was obscene. He accused police of selective enforcement. |
Funny, spring is in the air, warmer temps...and this thing just would've gotten soft.
And was it really destroyed, or was it just shrinkage? (ok, I'm going to shut up now. But suddenly I feel really sorry for snowmen.) |
there is a pics of it at ebaum's www.ebaumsworld.com but i dont know if it is the same one or not. the pic has been there for a while. i think it is art not offensive. ...and not to mention HILARIOUS!! Oh and someone animated it.
