Best ways to tone your ass?
Surely there must be a pixie member on here that's a trainer or works their buns off ;)
I'm just one of those unfortunate guys that has a flat ass to begin with :( I know squats will eventually get you your ass toned but i'm kinda of worried about hemmaroids and such (been through that and lets just say if i can stay away from it the better lol). |
Combination os squats and stair master helps me. I do *lots* of stair master

I've noticed that repeated applications of my open hand on my partner's ass gives it a nice reddish tone. :D

I know that to find the pitch you're looking for you need to bang one of these and listen really carefully.
What I don't know is how you tighten or loosen your ass up to get that pitch. :confused: Tone? :confused: :confused: I'm sorry, my bad. Never mind :D |

:D even if you are sitting on your ass, you can still flex it. i do that while i'm driving or vegging on the couch or on the puter. i'm not saying my ass is the nicest but it would be a lot worse if i didn't give a good squeeze ever now and again. as a matter of fact....i'm doing it right now :D |
