iPod Help
Okay, for some reason I can't figure this out! I got a new computer and have started a new iTunes library. I now want to update my iPod and it tells me that my iPod is not linked to this library (see attached image). I'm nervous to say yes as I have nearly 9.5 GB already saved on my iPod. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the new songs from my new library onto my iPod.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! |
Aqua won't be back til tomorrow but he will def have your answer.

Thanks Lilith... I thought of Aqua immediately and I will wait for his response tomorrow.

Click no and then setup your iTunes' iPod preference to manually manage your music. You can do this by clicking Edit (in iTunes), then click Preferences, then click the iPod tab (make sure the iPod is connected), and click the 'Manually Manage Songs and Playlists' radio button. Then you can drag and drop songs from your iTunes list to your iPod in the 'source' pane.

It worked!!! I'm a happy iPod camper again.
Thanks Aqua! :x: |
I knew he'd know. :line:

Now I can listen the song I've dubbed "Aqua's song" when I'm pounding the treadmill. Of course that's Shake That... I was awestruck when I read the real, non-radio edited lyrics.
