Erotic Lesbian Story

Im writing my 1st erotic lesbian story, and I have 2 questions. 1 how long should the actual sex part be? I could go on and on in detail but when does it stop being sexual? 2 Im planning to make it pretty long, should I submit under short story or erotic novel?
