Price and personality are the main ones for me.
Licensed prostitution is legal here in Australia provided the brothel owner or escort acts in accordance with the laws - must be checked reguarly, must insist on condoms, can't hang around on street corners etc.
So the 'health card' wouldn't be as big a concern for me.
