Dilemma
The other morning I woke early and dragged myself out of bed, leaving the S/O asleep in her long flannel nightshirt. I was due to play rugby but the weather outside was atrocious, a high wind full of rain and sleet was battering the house. I went into the garage to get my rugby boots and found that the rain had blown under the garage door and soaked all my kit. This would mean I would be starting wet and cold. Picking up the sodden bag I went outside and unlocked the car. It was then I noticed the rear tyre was flat. I jacked the car and took the spare from the boot (trunk) only to find this flat as well.
At this point I thought "Sod it", closed the car, threw my kit back in the garage and crept silently back up stairs. I quietly undressed next to the bed and slipped under the covers.
