to my first adoption. As some of you know I've been a Guardian Ad Litem for a really long time. Before I even was a Pixies Ad Litem :p In all those years I've never had to actually take the process all the way and help terminate both parents' right, however this time is was necessary. Well not only did rights end today but the judge was so impressed by the foster family that she set an adoption date on the spot. It's the first time I get to leave a case knowing that I have permanently helped kiddos to grow up in a family. I'm really happy. Kids deserve to be loved and cared for.
