Some quick lessons in pole dancing

We have a business here "Art of the Catwalk" and they do stripper exercise class. I think it takes a lot of strength to do those moves.

A pro does make it look easy. Same as the ice skaters you watch on TV. Make you almost think anybody can put on a pair of skates and glide across the ice.

It sure is a sexy way to work off some weight in addition to having some side benefits... I took a one night class last fall. Mind you it was very very VERY basic erotic dance moves class. It was enough to know it was work and could be fun. The trainer had a brass pole in her living room. Needless to say the experience gave me a new appreciation of the "art" and made me think I wish I had me a pole to work out on occasionally. It was most empowering and sensual.

It looks so much better when they're naked.

That makes me laugh, because... during our class, the trainer, performed for us in "stripper" attire. She apologized for the pimple on her butt. I thought if she hadn't mentioned it we probably wouldn't have noticed it... but by pointing it out... there it was.... so better naked... pimples and all? ;)

i think it takes a lot of self confidence to pole dance. something i dont really have :(
