New Federal Seat Belt Law
 

This becomes effective January 1, 2009 in ALL states.

The National Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly Designed seat belt. Initial results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 45% when the belt is properly installed.

Correct Installation is illustrated in the attachment .......

That would work especially good,on the trip from NH to Fla.I wouldn't have
to listen to "Slow down Tom(Irish)" & the trip would be much quicker.My wife
still doesn't believe me that nothing is Illegal unless you get caught doing it!

Only long distance trip I've taken where I drove was from TN to SC and I was by myself. Every other trip I was a passenger and just fell asleep. Only thing I woke up for was food and the bathroom.
