Never tried leather, but my wife and I have one that is elastic silicone (VERY TIGHT) and we both love it! It has a clit stimulating tongue with a bullet vibe, makes you look like a rabbit viberator. It gets uncomfortable after about 40 minutes but it does not chaffe like I imagine leather would.
