Critter thread. (image heavy)
Havent been around for ages, thought I'd do a bit of catchup
6ft outdoor native tank - one of the newest addition ![]() 5ft Angel tank (will be swapping with 4ft below) ![]() 4ft Fancy goldie tank (will be swapping with 5ft above) ![]() 3ft Tetra tank ![]() 2ft Tiger barb tank ![]() All the other tanks (19 all up) are either breeding tanks or getting rescaped/changed |
Update on Nika, she is looking very much worse for wear. She has a major allergy type issue going on, sadly her long fur has all been clipped off, and she looks very moth eaten. I think this is how she will stay for the remainder of her days (which I hope is a long time!

Grumpy, can ya tell how he got the name lol
![]() Squabbles (or Squab) ![]() Simvar - who also copped the clip treatment ![]() Scamp - who so far has eluded me and my camera with his clipped hairdo lol |
Great pictures! Great to see your "critters" again! Love those aquariums. You do a masterful job "landscaping" them to look very, very natural. I think those are some of the best looking tanks I've ever seen.

It's nice to see the menagerie pics again. TY.

Great tanks. I wish mine looked that nice. Unfortunately, my oscar decided he didn't like some of the plants I put in. All that's left is one amazon sword that hasn't grown a whole lot.
|
Thanks guys
Oscars are great fish. Java fern and anubias they tend to leave alone, that's what I had in with mine when I had them |
Awesome work!

I might try that. I also need to find a way to tame the algae, it really likes the LED lights.

Love your critter pics.
