Do you have a massager at home? This kind to remove pain from your back? One with strong vibration? Try using this (use it as you want, find it out), you will see that´s great and different.

I am also interested to know. Using the hand get boring and too often my girl is not available.

One thing I have tried is to use the water stream from the shower - that showerheads where you can adjust the stream. That works, but takes some time and concentration. The good thing is - the mess is right away ;-)

I have also tried an electrical shaver - remove the top cover and you will find a nice vibrating thing. Put the whole shaver into a washcloth before using it. Thats the one which works really quick.

When I get tired of my hand, I like to lay face down on a towel or even wad up a towel and put it between my legs and rock back and forth....hard to describe, but feels fantastic... :)

This one sounds really out there but works awesome. Try using an vibrating palm electric sander. With out the sand paper obviously. Works great
