can someone verify or deny for me.....
if someone else... manipulates... your penis for you, does it get larger ( longer, thicker ), than if you do it for yourself??

Having almost ANYONE do it for me is more exciting, even if they are not very good at it. The unpredictability breeds adventure, I suppose, and more exciting means bigger etc.
