question
What is the most important thing to a woman in a relationship?
|
Actually over the years it has changed for me.
I want VERY different things now than I did oh...say...10 years or so ago. What's important to a man in a relationship? :) |
What did it start at and what is it now
|
Many important things - compatibility in bed, the kitchen . . . every room, trust, love, and understandin' . . .
|
Everything...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!
|
Good question....being faithful is number one, trusting each other
being able to laugh,to cry,to freak out at times lol.Being able to let your s.o. see you at your worst and just taking care of each other. OH YES ...SEX ..SEX...SEX...AND HOLDING HANDS :) |
she's gotta own a monkey and have an ass like the devil.
|
Trust definitely. I think loving someone is easy, but once the trust is built, you can climb mountains together!
|
trust, communication, and ability to show emotion... okay.. that is three things.. but they are equally important to me..

How about consideration for the others feelings....thats # 1 on my list today. |
for me, it is truth; can be gently stated but clear and harsh if required. Without truth, a relationship is barely meaningful for me. Relationship implies interchange. I understand that some truths are more difficult to reveal than others. But BS is just the thing to end it for me.

Did I mention housework? :D

COMMUNICATION. and a willingness to work at the relationship -- staying together is HARD WORK.
OK...enough being serious now...back to pervin' |
I'll have to agree with Osuche, communication is the key to working a relationship. Understanding, consideration and trust are the results of successful communication. Sex is one means of communicating the love between you but surely not the only one. Tender stolen moments among life's hurried appointments mean as much as nights of passion when needed. It's never letting your SO forget they're your heart.
All this seriousness on just my second cup of coffee.... what was I thinking? LOL |
He has to adore me! I don't mean blind adoration. He needs to know I am human with faults and flaws but still adore me. I think acceptance of each other's short-comings without trying to change the other person is critical to a successful relationship.
And well, like Steph, he needs to like to play house boy:p |
